All solid steel sunvisors come in a grey primer (ready for top coat) on top with green paint on the underside.
If you know the paint code of your vehicle, we can provide a painting service for the top of the sunvisor. In the cart you can enter your paint code and a fee of approx $175 is added to paint the top of the sunvisor. All sunvisors come with an alloy front edge (covered in tape), you peel off the masking tape after the top coat paint has dried.

Will this fit the new D-Max (2020 onwards) or new MU-X (from August 2021)?
No. The 2021+ D-Max and August 2021 onwards MU-X are a new generation with a revised windscreen shape. This visor is specifically for the previous generation — D-Max 2012–2020 and MU-X 2013–July 2021 only.
Does the solid visor block too much of the windscreen?
The visor covers only the upper band of the windscreen — the area corresponding to the factory-tinted sun strip. Your forward vision through the main windscreen area is unaffected. As always, ensure the visor placement meets your local road authority’s visibility requirements before driving.
How is it attached? Will it damage my vehicle?
The visor uses a clip-on or adhesive-strip mounting system that attaches to the windscreen surround — no drilling into the roof or body panels required. It can be removed without leaving permanent marks.
What is the difference between a solid and a mesh sunvisor?
A solid visor completely blocks light through the covered section — best for maximum glare reduction. A mesh visor uses an open weave that reduces glare while allowing some light and airflow through. Choose solid for full sun-block; choose mesh if you prefer to retain some visibility through the visor panel.
Will it create extra wind noise at highway speed?
The low-profile aerodynamic design is shaped to minimise wind noise and drag. Most users report no noticeable change in cabin noise at normal highway speeds when the visor is correctly fitted.
